Our Story: Built on History, Designed for Your Growth

Shiloh Industrial Park has a long-standing presence in Windsor, with roots tracing back to the World War II era. Originally valued for its strategic location near rail access and what is now Highway 101, the property served as a logistics and supply hub—supporting the kind of hard-working operations that continue to define the park today.

In the decades that followed, permanent buildings were constructed throughout the 1950s to 1970s, establishing the foundation of the industrial park. These structures were built with durability and function in mind, many of which remain in use today—modernized and updated to meet the needs of today’s businesses while preserving the character and strength of the original construction.

As Windsor and Sonoma County evolved, so did Shiloh Industrial Park. What was once a traditional industrial site gradually transformed into a diverse, multi-tenant business environment—supporting contractors, service providers, logistics companies, and growing local businesses.

Since 2022, the park has entered a new phase of investment and improvement. With a focus on flexibility, accessibility, and tenant experience, the property has been reimagined to support businesses at every stage—from small startups to established operations. Today, Shiloh Industrial Park offers a wide range of spaces including offices, warehouses, storage yards, and container storage, all in one convenient location.

But beyond the buildings and infrastructure, what truly defines Shiloh Industrial Park is its community. The park is home to a wide range of businesses that contribute to the local economy and reflect the entrepreneurial spirit of Windsor. Ongoing improvements, responsive management, and tenant-focused services are all part of a continued commitment to creating a place where businesses can operate efficiently and grow with confidence.

Shiloh Industrial Park is more than just a place to lease space—it’s a property built on decades of purpose, continuously evolving to meet the needs of the businesses it serves today and into the future.

History of the Shiloh Industrial Park

Early Origins (1940s–1970s)

  • The property dates back to World War II–era use, when the site functioned as a supply and logistics depot due to its proximity to rail access and Highway 101.
  • Permanent structures were not built until later:
  • 1950s–1970s: Construction of the core buildings, including multiple office buildings, warehouses, and support structures that still form the backbone of the park today.

Industrial Development & Planning (1970s–2000s)

  • By the 1970s, the site was being formally studied and planned for industrial use:
  • A 1976 archaeological reconnaissance confirms the area was under evaluation for industrial development.
  • In 1999–2000, formal planning documents show continued industrial expansion:
  • The site (or nearby parcels along Shiloh Rd) was approved for light industrial subdivision and “incubator” space for:
  • Startups
  • Light manufacturing
  • Warehousing
  • Contractor and business use

This period reflects a shift from legacy industrial use toward multi-tenant, flexible business space, aligning with Windsor’s broader economic transition.

Modern Evolution (2000s–2020s)

  • As Windsor grew rapidly in the late 20th and early 21st century, the area transitioned from agriculture-based industry to diversified commercial and service-oriented businesses.
  • The Shiloh corridor became a key industrial and business zone, benefiting from:
  • Direct Highway 101 access
  • Proximity to rail infrastructure
  • Growing local workforce and housing base

Current Era (2022–Present)

  • In April 2022, the property entered a new phase under current management and ownership:
  • Repositioned as a 31-acre multi-use industrial business park
  • Significant updates and modernization include:
  • Renovation of existing mid-century buildings
  • Expansion of flexible leasing options (offices, warehouses, yards, container storage)
  • Introduction of tenant-focused amenities and services
  • Today, the park supports:
  • 250+ rentable spaces across a wide range of industries
  • A mix of contractors, logistics companies, small businesses, and service providers

What Makes Its History Unique

  • Layered industrial use: From wartime logistics → mid-century industrial → modern flexible business park
  • Adaptive reuse: Original 1950s–70s structures are still in use, but continuously upgraded
  • Strategic location: Its value has always been tied to transportation access (rail + Highway 101)
  • Evolution with Windsor: The park mirrors Windsor’s shift from agriculture to a diverse small-business economy

Bottom Line

Shiloh Industrial Park is not a new development—it’s a repurposed, continuously evolving industrial site with over 70 years of functional history. Its transformation reflects broader regional trends: moving from single-use industrial operations to flexible, multi-tenant business infrastructure.

Looking Ahead

Ongoing improvements, tenant-focused services, and community engagement continue to position Shiloh Industrial Park as a central hub for business growth in Windsor.
